21th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Italian Society of Law and Economics

On December 12th, 2025 Professors Antonio Fabio Forgione and Carlo Migliardo from the University of Messina attended the  21th Annual Conference of the Italian Society of Law and Economics, held in Catania from December, 11th to December 13th. Papers have been presented during the parallel session Criminal Law II. The following papers have been discussed:
